RETURNS POLICY
We want you to be happy with your purchase but we know sometimes online shopping can be challenging. If you don't love your item, we offer full refunds or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your item back and said returned purchase passing inspection. Please ensure that you are familiar with the information below before you make your purchase with us.
Acceptable Returns:
- The item has been purchased from our online store or through our social media links. We unfortunately cannot process returns on items that were purchased through our stockists. These returns must be processed directly through said stockists.
- The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery.
- The return is made within 14 days of the return request.
- The item should be returned unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in original packaging.
- Please note that courier costs for returns or exchanges will be at your own expense (unless item is defective). If you are unsure of sizing rather contact us for help instead of incurring extra expense by ordering the wrong size. It is our customers' responsibility to return the item to us by reliable and recorded delivery. In the case that the return is lost during delivery, we cannot process the refund.
Defective or Incorrect Returns
- In the unlikely event that the item you received is defective, flawed or not what you ordered, please contact us immediately. We will require documentation to verify the defect or incorrect size or item, such as photos. Once this is verified we will issue you a full refund and organize the return of the item at our expense. We will also pay for a new item to be sent to you if you would prefer to exchange instead of receiving a refund.
Unacceptable Returns
- Returns of used, laundered or customer damaged goods will not be accepted. All items will be thoroughly inspected upon receipt & will only be processed if our returns standards are met. In the unlikely event that an item is returned in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
- Custom made orders cannot be refunded or exchanged unless defective or flawed.
How to Return your Item
- Email us at mandy@letspretend.co.za to tell us you will be returning your purchase and give a brief description detailing why (sizing, fit, etc, we LOVE feedback). If you need help with your return contact us and we'll organize the collection or advise you on what to do.
- Package with all original tags and bags included, your name and send to:

Refunds
- You can decide if you want a replacement item or to be refunded.
- If you choose to be refunded then we will refund your purchase using the same method you used to buy the goods using the Netcash payment platform. All refunds must be processed into a bank account and cannot be made in cash.
